
INDIANAPOLIS (Dec. 2, 2025) – Lucas Oil President Katie Lucas was named as a C-Suite Award winner by the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) as part of its inaugural CEO of the Year and C-Suite Awards program. The award honors leaders who are respected by their peers, seen as innovators and changemakers, and whose companies play a significant role in Indiana’s economy and civic life.
As President, Lucas steers both daily execution and long-range vision for Lucas Oil. She architects policy, sharpens operating systems, and mobilizes teams around measurable goals that support growth and deepen connections with customers and the local Indianapolis community. Her leadership has propelled organizational alignment and earned national recognition for brand trust and workplace culture including honors such as USA Today’s Most Trusted Brands 2025 and Top Workplaces Awards.

She serves as Board Chair of the Ascension St. Vincent Foundation and holds leadership roles with the Indianapolis Zoo, Grit & Grace Nation Foundation, the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation, and the IU Women’s Philanthropy Leadership Council. She is also the Founding Member and Inaugural Chair of Called to Care of Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.
