Troy Lee Designs / Lucas Oil / Honda will show its support for Breast Cancer Awareness at this weekend's Monster Energy AMA Supercross at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, CA, by wearing custom pink TLD gear and helmets, as well as donning custom pink graphics on its race bikes.
Troy admittedly stated, "Just like a lot of people, the Troy Lee Designs family has been affected by breast cancer. We are committed to providing assistance in any way that we can, so we've designed these very special custom helmets and gear to be auctioned off for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day™ event in 2012. We will also have custom bikes for the night's racing which hopefully will bring additional awareness to the movement - finding a cure for breast cancer."

“The last time we raced here was January 25, 1992, so it’s almost exactly twenty years. The venue has still got that same family friendly feel it had way back then, when we racing the blown funny car,” Phillips said, unsure if the delayed return to the Victorian venue made him feel nostalgic or ‘just plain old.’ Phillips stayed within three hundredths of a second over all of the weekend’s runs, giving the Lucas Oils team a massive confidence boost.
