Team CANIDAE and the CANIDAE Natural Pet Foods Trophy Truck are ready to take on the harsh conditions of the Baja peninsula as well as the top drivers from around the world in the 248 mile 2012 SCORE San Felipe 250 race. Round 3 of the 2012 SCORE Desert Series will be held March 9-11 in Mexico’s picturesque fishing village of San Felipe, located 120 miles south of the U.S. border on the East side of the Baja California peninsula along the azure waters of the tranquil Sea of Cortez.

The 340-ton boulder, part of "Levitated Mass," The Los Angeles County Museum of Art's giant boulder is stopping in Long Beach. The privately funded Los Angeles County project to transport the giant rock inspired Long Beach Councilmember James Johnson and Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association to have a little fun with it while it was passing through town, and host a party in its honor.

The Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by MavTV now moves to the Yuma/Somerton area for a pair of nights at the Cocopah Speedway. Seated on the Cocopah Indian Reservation, the 3/8 mile clay oval will feature the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by MavTV for the first time on Friday March 9th and Saturday March 10th. Pre-race festivities will begin on Thursday March 8th with a free meet and greet Sprint Car Show at the Cocopah Wild River Family Entertainment Center Cocopah Speedway will be the 119th track to have hosted the Lucas Oil ASCS presented by MavTV since the series begin in 1992.

There aren't many drivers in the NHRA more on top of the world headed into this weekend's Tire Kingdom NHRA Gatornationals than pilot of the GEICO/Lucas Oil Top Fuel dragster, Morgan Lucas. In fourth place after the first two races of the Full Throttle Series season, Lucas' car and team have never been so consistent. To top that, during the break before the Gatornationals, Lucas got engaged to longtime girlfriend Katie Pallone. "Everything in my life couldn't be better," Lucas said. "I'm excited to be engaged and I'm excited about the direction the race team is going. There's nothing to complain about in my life right now, which gives me a lot of confidence going into a race like Gainesville."
