Lucas Oil Products Synthetic API SP passenger car motor oils (PCMO) are blended from the highest quality API Group III and Group IV base oils and combined with a cutting-edge additive package of detergents, dispersants, antioxidants, and corrosion inhibitors. Shear stable viscosity modifiers insure multi-grade performance throughout the life of the oil. With the advent of API SP/ILSAC GF-6 comes new engine oil qualifying tests and the retirement of some older tests. Specifically, enhanced performance can be seen in the following improvements: maintaining piston cleanliness, oxidation control, engine oil sludge prevention, timing chain wear protection and fuel economy benefits. When we got out of the car we noticed right away that almost all of the noise was gone!

My son's 2005 VW GTI with the 4 cylinder turbo and 127K miles on it sounded like there hammers inside the engine. The car was close to needing a oil change so I bought a quart of High Mileage Oil Stabilizer. He changed the oil adding the stabilizer started it up and we took it for about a 8 mile drive. When we got out of the car we noticed right away that almost all of the noise was gone! He has a 200 mile drive back to school in a few days and I'm willing to bet all of the noise will be gone by the time he gets back to campus. Thank you for a great product!

I would recommend Lucas products to anyone with a diesel…

I have been using Lucas products in my 2001 Ford diesel since new with much success, it has over 250000 miles and going strong. I would recommend Lucas products to anyone with a diesel.

I added this to the gas and was amazed… it stopped making the sound that I thought was a rod bearing.

My truck engine has over 200,000 miles and a knock started and I thought it was a rod bearing. I was reading the label on the product Complete Engine Treatment and the words, (stops engine knocks.) I added this to the gas and was amazed, and still am, it stopped making the sound that I thought was a rod bearing. I do have to add the treatment to each fill up, but it does work.

In 2 days my steering is back to normal. Honest.

My '06 Ford Freestar was gradually getting harder to steer. No leaks and a tight belt so no slipping. I emptied as much fluid as I could and added a bottle of Lucas Power Steering Fluid and Conditioner which the bottle says eliminates hard spots.. in 2 days my steering is back to normal. Honest. It worked for me and its been 3 wks now. A garage near me gave me a price of $569.00 for a new rack installed. I lucked out. For $10.00 a bottle it was worth a try. I'm very happy.

Lucas hi-mileage stabilizer IMMEDIATELY quieted engine

2003 F150 5.4L Triton 3-valve. Timing chain, guides and cover had disintegrated at about 280,000 and constant oil leakage. Put new chain, guides, oil strainer, pick-up tube etc and drove to 345,000 using 20w50 and losing about 2 quarts a month. Noisy upon start-up which I understand is typical for these Tritons plus lifters made constant noise. Was about to install a new/used motor when I figured what the heck try a bottle of Lucas hi-mileage stabilizer. IMMEDIATELY quieted engine and after adding another bottle a week later, engine is running QUIETLY!!! leaks less too. Have installed new coil packs and I think this 5.4 might just make it to 500,000!! I also added 1qt to the tranny...shifts smoother.
