High Performance Foam Filter Oil

My Harley always had the top end tick like most bikes do. So I decided to purchase the Lucas Motorcycle Oil Stabilizer. My '06 Ford Freestar was gradually getting harder to steer. No leaks and a tight belt so no slipping.
