Chain Lubricant

Lucas Chain Lubricant was developed to be a long lasting, all weather, all temperature lubricant and protectant for chains, sprockets, cables and open gears. I use Lucas lubricants in all my equipment from diesel, gas and 2 cycle. I have never had any issues and my equipment runs and starts lime day one. Lucas is a great product and I would rate them a 10 out of 10 for a quality of product.

Lucas hi-mileage stabilizer IMMEDIATELY quieted engine

2003 F150 5.4L Triton 3-valve. Timing chain, guides and cover had disintegrated at about 280,000 and constant oil leakage. Put new chain, guides, oil strainer, pick-up tube etc and drove to 345,000 using 20w50 and losing about 2 quarts a month. Noisy upon start-up which I understand is typical for these Tritons plus lifters made constant noise. Was about to install a new/used motor when I figured what the heck try a bottle of Lucas hi-mileage stabilizer. IMMEDIATELY quieted engine and after adding another bottle a week later, engine is running QUIETLY!!! leaks less too. Have installed new coil packs and I think this 5.4 might just make it to 500,000!! I also added 1qt to the tranny...shifts smoother.
