INDIANAPOLIS, IN (May 27, 2025) – Lucas Oil, the world leader and distributor of high-performance automotive additives and lubricants, has been named a 2025 Culture of Good Community Impact Award winner in recognition of their remarkable contributions to their communities and corporate social responsibility. Presented by Culture of Good, Inc., an organization dedicated to inspiring businesses to make a positive difference in the world, this award celebrates companies that exemplify excellence in corporate citizenship and embody the values of compassion, generosity, and purpose-driven leadership.
“We are honored to receive the 2025 Culture of Good Community Impact Award,” said Katie Lucas, President of Lucas Oil. “At Lucas Oil, we believe in the power of business to create positive change and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This award is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our employees, who embody our company’s values and contribute to our culture of giving back.”
Lucas Oil was selected for this prestigious award based on their outstanding efforts to create a culture of good within their organization and community. This was achieved through impactful initiatives focused on three core pillars: support for women and children’s causes, veterans and first responders and locally-focused community projects.
In 2024 alone, Lucas Oil’s community efforts spanned across dozens of organizations and partners, including:
- Combatting food and housing insecurity through partnerships with organizations like Wheeler Mission, Thy Kingdom Crumb and Gleaners Food Bank, distributing thousands of free meals, sponsoring hunger relief events and engaging employees in meal-packing and distribution efforts across Indiana.
- Supporting veterans, including a $24,000 donation to displaced veterans through HVAF of Indiana, a $25,000 contribution to the Salvation Army of North Texas to support housing initiatives, a major donation to the National Medal of Honor Museum and Monument, and annual support for the Central Indiana Police Foundation – alongside employee volunteer efforts to strengthen community-officer relationships.
- Helping raise nearly $2 million for Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital and Ascension St. Vincent, mentoring youth through Big Brothers Big Sisters, Grit & Grace, and supporting organizations like Hoosier Burn Camp, kNot Today, Junior Achievement, NXG Youth Motorsports and many more.
