I have a 1987 Volvo 240GL with just over 270,000 miles on it that gets very little road time. When I got it five years ago the transmission was leaking. Added Transmission Fix & now my tachometer works

I recently bought a 2006 Ram 1500. The tachometer didn't work, & the dealer stated they would fix it. They tried. They replaced the old one & the new one didn't work either.
