Lucas Oil
High Ground - Never Tire of Doing Good

A MESSAGE FROM

MORGAN & KATIE

Happy April, Lucas Team!

Spring for us is always a time of eager anticipation, renewal and new beginnings, and finding joy in the little things – grass greening, flowers blossoming, trees budding – beautiful reminders that He makes all things new.

In this mindset of gratitude, we want to say once again how grateful we are for all of you. You all truly embody our values – trust, service, teamwork, passion and courage. We are blessed to work with you.

We want to take time to recognize and celebrate three of our hardworking team members with well-deserved promotions. As you are well aware over the past few years, we have made much needed and necessary investments back into Lucas Oil including upgrades to the plant in Corydon, growing our R&D team and labs, building our Product Development team, etc. We are excited to share that our next focus will be on our sales organization. We have created a structure that we firmly believe will allow us to continue growth in the United States AND allow us take advantage of our largest opportunity - sales in the global marketplace.

Our new Revenue Organization will include Sales, Strategy and Revenue Operations. Given her experience and expertise, we have asked Deidra Colvin to take on both Chief Revenue and Chief Strategy Officer roles. We are confident she is up for the challenge and will undoubtedly help us optimize revenue streams.

The greatest opportunity for growth we have is in global sales and while we have always sold product oversees, we have never made international sales a priority. That is now changing! We are thrilled to announce that we are promoting Shane Burns to Senior Vice President of Global Sales and as his title states, he will be largely focused on global growth.

While international sales is a new growth opportunity for us, we still have work to do in the United States and Canada. We have asked Andy McMillan to step into the role of Vice President of National Sales. Andy will identify new strategic account growth opportunities as well as focus on sales processes, sales training, and sales enablement.

Thank you, Deidra, Shane, and Andy, for your hard work and thank you all for continuing to elevate Lucas Oil!

Katie and Morgan

Spring has sprung!

As it starts warming up, people start to think about car care again. Many people neglect their vehicles during the colder months due to the weather and wanting to be inside where it's warm. Though regular car maintenance is essential, it's often overlooked. That's ok! Lucas Oil gets our customers back on track quickly. One of the easiest ways is with fuel treatment, whether for the first time or as a repeat practice. The benefits of using fuel treatments are endless and can really help overall vehicle performance.

Fuel treatments provide the fuel system with the necessary lubrication needed to stay in tip top shape. Fuel treatments also aid in reducing emissions, enhancing power and acceleration, and assisting in the reduction and elimination of carbon deposits in the combustion chamber. These benefits ultimately increase fuel mileage and improve vehicle performance!

The fuel treatment we recommend most is Lucas Deep Clean Fuel System Cleaner due to its specially formulated design. Lucas Deep Clean effectively cleans the entire fuel system and combustion chamber in just one application, making it an excellent method to restore vehicles to peak performance, not to mention it's a user-friendly application process. Simply add it to the fuel tank, refuel, and drive as usual while the product works its magic. It's undeniably the simplest way to address car care requirements and get things back on track.

Lucas Deep Clean Fuel System Cleaner is perfect for both old and new vehicles and will greatly benefit users. The wonderful thing about this and all of our products is IT WORKS!

Lucas Oil MLRA

Lucas Oil MLRA (Midwest Late Model Racing Association) has entered its 36th year of operation in 2024. In October 2012, Forrest and Charlotte purchased the MLRA from previous owners, Allen (Cowboy) and Harriett Chancellor, thus giving them the title “Lucas Oil MLRA." Lucas Oil MLRA is currently the longest running Regional Series today. The series will promote 27 events throughout Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Illinois this season, while adding four new venues to the roster: Farmington Empire, Lebanon Midway, Callaway, and Cedar County Speedway.

The series is managed by two full-time employees: Ernie Leftwich, Series Director; and Missy Holman, Administrative Manager. Ernie and Missy had worked together for many years before joining the Lucas Oil team. Alongside Ernie and Missy, there are multiple part-time staff members who travel with the series, many of whom have been with the series for several years: Lloyd Collins, series photographer; Billy Rock, Announcer; Kayli Leftwich, Protect the Harvest; and several tech officials including Bryan Butler, Eric Atwood, Robert Holman, Brandon Barker, Brad Swenson, and Bryson Leftwich.

MLRA and its sister series, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, the national touring series, run parallel with each other when it comes to rules packages. Running parallel allows the MLRA’s regional drivers to not only compete in co-sanctioned LOLMDS | MLRA events, but it allows them to be very competitive. When MLRA does not have an event, it also allows the drivers to go to LOLMDS events and compete. The MLRA family is known for its strong and genuine commitment to the sport of late model racing. The success achieved would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the staff.
