Which core value is most meaningful to you? Passion. Forrest and Charlotte’s love for the ranch has always stood out to me. It was their dream to make it one of the premier ranches in Missouri, and their passion has been the driving force behind everything they’ve built.
How have you seen one of our values in action at work? I’ve seen passion in the way Forrest and Charlotte care for their employees. They treat everyone like family, and that kind of leadership inspires loyalty and pride in our work.
What is an achievement you are most proud of? Being with Lucas Cattle Company for 21 years. It’s been easy to stay that long because of the strong family environment and the values we live by every day.
What is a memorable moment you have had with the company? Watching the growth of the cattle company and seeing it evolve just as Forrest envisioned has been incredibly rewarding. Being part of that journey has been a true honor.

Marketing Matters

July has been a fast-paced and exciting month for the marketing team—and one of the biggest highlights was the launch of our new multi-year jersey patch partnership with the Indiana Pacers!

As the official jersey patch partner, the Lucas Oil logo now appears prominently on the front left shoulder of all Pacers uniforms. The partnership made its on-court debut during the game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on July 10. This agreement not only deepens our long-standing relationship with the Pacers but also reinforces our shared commitment to driving excellence. We’re especially proud that this partnership goes beyond branding. A portion of proceeds from every Pacers jersey sold will be donated to Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent—supporting essential care and making a meaningful difference for children and families across Indiana.

We also debuted our brand-new commercial spot during the WNBA All-Star Game, on 7/19, with additional airings scheduled across eight WNBA games on WRTV. This marks our return to commercial media after a significant pause—and the timing couldn’t have been better. With a growing female audience and the incredible momentum surrounding the WNBA, this is a key moment to strengthen our presence in this space.
