The end of the year is almost here - and while we love a good holiday surprise, your W-2 and 1095 forms showing up in your neighbor’s mailbox is not the kind of gift anyone wants.

So, before the ball drops at the end of 2025, take a few minutes to:

1. Ensure YOU get your tax forms, and NOT your nosy neighbor.

• Verify your mailing address in Paylocity! If you desperately do not want to go paperless, then it’s up to you to ensure your W2 gets to the right mailbox!
• Your best option is to go paperless – it’s faster and safer! Here’s how to do it:
  • Log in to Paylocity Self Service anytime. Home>My Profile.
  • Click “Pay” then “Tax Forms”.
  • Click “go paperless”.
  • Be sure to enable it for both forms!

And while you are in Paylocity:

• Update your personal email and phone number so we (and your benefit vendors) can reach you with important info.
• Make sure your emergency contacts are current.
• Review your beneficiaries - because “future you” will thank “present you” for being responsible.
• Double-Check Your Payroll & Tax Details: Confirm your tax withholding and direct deposit info for a smooth start to the new year. If you have moved to a different Indiana county, you must complete a new form before the 1st payroll of the year.

A few clicks now = no awkward mailbox conversations later.

With winter upon us, car care should be top of mind and the products we use to care for our vehicles can have an impact on their reliability. Two products can help us make it through the winter without issue.
