Steve L surprised Lucas Fuel Treatment could "work so quickly"
I want to complement an outstanding employee at your Norwalk CT store. James Paterson was on duty Monday evening August 3 and was extremely helpful to me. I was seeking a product to help clean the fuel system of my car and hopefully resolve the 'check engine' light that had been on for several weeks. I had looked at the Lucas product that was being promoted on sale in your store but did not recognize the brand so was reluctant to try it. I had picked up another product that I had used before-without success- but was hoping more of the same would help. James (Jimmy) put on his salesmanship hat and expressed his confidence in the Lucas product. Because of his enthusiasm and positive approach, I bought the more expensive product. I put one bottle of Lucas in my gas tank- tank was almost empty as I wanted to concentrate the product and thought I'd fill the tank after a short while. After a few miles of driving and restarting the car, the check engine light went out! I was surprised that Lucas could work so quickly and extremely pleased Jimmy had been at AutoZone to encourage me to try something new. Please tell him customers appreciate his advice and communicate to Lucas that they have a phenomenal product !
