Tad Davis 1993 Ford Thunderbird uses LX Lucas Fuel Treatment

my thunderbird was in bad condition when i got it it couldnt even pass smog inspection on its first try in texas you get 15 days to get it re inspected free so i tried everything on the list of things to do since my NOX was too high the highest you can have on high speed(25mph) testing is 796 and on low speed testing(15mph) is 879 i barley passed the high speed but failed the low speed on my first try i replaced my charcol canister and added a single 5.25OZ bottle of lucas fuel treatment and went back the next d
