Silas Lindsey uses Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer in 1978 Chevy C10

I recently bought this truck, It had severe valve clatter, I was worried that the engine would have to be replaced. Today I put in 10w40 motor oil and a full quart of Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer. What a difference! I replaced the valve cover gaskets and cleaned as much of the carbon deposits as i could. The truck runs 100% better! The valve clatter went from sounding like a diesel at idle. To the typical glug glug glug. The clatter is almost completely gone now. This is the best oil I have ever used! This is my project truck, and I'm sure I'll be turning to some more of Lucas Oil products in the future!
