Gentlemen, I've searched high and low for a high performance light weight synthetic oil but can't seem to find 5w30. I'm real hesitant to use a heavier weight due to the operation of variable cam timing phasers that have been modified.

I have a 1980 Ford F-100 Custom With 298,000 miles on it, when i got it,it had some nasty sounds coming from the motor, So after flushing the engine i changed the oil and used a quart of your oil stabilizer and after running about 3 mins the engine purred like a kitten!!.
